Instructions
How to prepare

Heat 5 g oil in a pan.

Add cumin seeds and garlic. Saute for 30 seconds.

Add onion and cook until slightly soft.

Add tomato, green chilli, turmeric, chilli powder and salt.

Add spinach and cook for 3-4 minutes until wilted.

Add boiled potato and mix gently.

Cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Add lemon juice and serve hot
