What you need
✓ 150 g methi leaves
✓ 100 g boiled potato
✓ 30 g onion
✓ 50 g tomato
✓ 5 g garlic
✓ 2 g green chilli
✓ 5 g oil
✓ 1 g cumin seeds
✓ 1 g turmeric
✓ 1 g red chilli powder
✓ 2 g salt
✓ 5 g lemon juice

Instructions

How to prepare

Wash and finely chop the methi leaves.

Heat 5 g oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.

Add garlic, green chilli and onion. Saute for 2-3 minutes.

Add tomato, turmeric, red chilli powder and salt.

Add methi leaves and cook for 4-5 minutes.

Add the boiled potato and mix gently.

Cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Add lemon juice and serve hot.
