Ingredients

What you need
✓ Amaranth greens: 150 g, washed and chopped
✓ Boiled potato: 100 g, cut into small cubes
✓ Onion: 30 g, finely chopped
✓ Tomato: 50 g, chopped
✓ Garlic: 5 g, chopped
✓ Green chilli: 2 g
✓ Oil: 5 g (1 tsp)
✓ Cumin seeds: 1 g
✓ Turmeric: 1 g
✓ Red chilli powder: 1 g
✓ Salt: 2 g
✓ Lemon juice: 5 g

Instructions

How to prepare

Heat 5 g oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.

Add garlic, green chilli and onion. Saute for 2-3 minutes.

Add tomato, turmeric, chilli powder and salt. Cook until the tomato softens.

Add 150 g chopped amaranth greens. Cover and cook for 4-5 minutes until the greens wilt.

Add 100 g boiled potato and mix gently.

Cook for another 3-4 minutes.

Switch off the heat and add 5 g lemon juice.
